Yoga for Healing is designed for anyone who wants to learn the science of healing from the inside out using the ancient techniques of Eastern Yoga Philosophy. In this class, you will learn how to open and clear your mind and connect to your physical body through guided meditation and breath work. From here, we begin the exploration of the emotional body and create space for emotional processing and energetic release. The class is rounded out with self-soothing techniques, optional physical touch, and a guided grounding meditation. All classes are set in sacred space in acknowledgment of the spirit body and are considered safe spaces to integrate and release trauma. Yoga for Healing is a bottom up therapeutic approach that moves slowly and gently with loving awareness. It has been carefully designed to be educational, inspirational, and inclusive to all.
